A wild Los Angeles hardcore band, the Adolescents were fronted by guitarist Rikk Agnew.
The band released its first album in 1981, disbanded and re-formed in 1986 with Agnew, singer Tony Montana and bassist Steve Soto.
The group again disbanded in 1989.
