Founded in the early '60's, what Abana ba Naserv offered was omutibo: a rhythmic sound provided by two guitars, accompanying beat on a soda battie, and three-part harmonies. With the advent of world music releases on CD, Abana ba Naserv gamered wide attention through releases including an 1989 self-titled effort and 1991's Nursery Bovs Go.
